Our core team is small but agile, enabling us to provide personalised solutions to our clients. We also collaborate with carefully selected experts we’ve worked with in the past when needed.

Here’s a bit more information about our founders:

Alan brings a wealth of experience in computer science, having taught the subject at university for many years. He also ran his own consultancy and authored a book, “Programming Techniques and Practice,” published in 1981. This book became an NCC course book for many years and remains an important resource in the field. Although Alan has stepped back from the day-to-day operations of the company, he remains available for consultation on an ad hoc basis, providing invaluable expertise, insights and guidance.

Under Alan’s guidance, Tom wrote his first software in 1979, at the age of three, on a Commodore PET and he has kept going ever since then. This means that he has written code in six different decades, despite not really being old enough to have done so. His enthusiasm for technology and deep understanding of software development have been the driving force behind the company’s success.
